M.A. Smith –
I bought this book in the late 1990s for a silk ribbon rose sampler class. I had NO experience in any kind of embroidery except cross-stitch, and the sampler I made from this book’s roses is still one of my favorite needlework pieces. As a matter of fact, I made two additional rose samplers in two different colorways for a series of silk ribbon rose sampler for my dining room. The photos and instructions are excellent, and I recommend this book wholeheartedly.
