About the Designs
Sometimes it is nice to ‘play’ with lots of different stitches in a small space.

Sometimes we just need some small areas to stitch up the small lots of ‘left over’ threads in our thread stash.

Sweet (Candy) Treats tick both these boxes.

A range of stitches were selected, some canvas has been left un-stitched, so it is necessary to follow the graphs all the time. Stitches are worked on top of each other, at right angles to each other and sparkle is added with Kreinik metallic threads.

Each section has detailed instructions on how to complete it.

If you take up my challenge of working from your stash of threads, you will probably be substituting Gumnut Yarns Buds and Poppies for DMC floss, 4 strands of floss is equal to one strand of Poppies or Buds.

Stitches used:
Twenty five squares offer over twenty five stitches or combinations of stitches. Rhodes and variations of Rhodes, mosaic, straight, cashmere, tent, lattice, cross and bargello to name a few.

Requirements
Gumnut Yarns: Poppies and Buds
Kreinik: Braid

Needles: Tapestry 22 and 24
